    As much as you can take because it keep the baby healthy, lack folic acid sometimes cause spinal bifida OK do never hesitate to take as much as you can

    Am 31 went to the doctor on the last day of my period he did an ultrasound and said I might have fibroids am trying to to conceive so he gave me folic acid that was on the 6th of June now I feel like my breasts are producing milk and I feel nausea and pain on lower part of my abdomen
