  • During pregnancy you should not eat turmeric, if there is a threat of miscarriage or the uterus is almost constantly filled in.

  • Turmeric consumption during pregnancy is not recommended in early pregnancy.
  • If you want a spicy seasoning, remember about the moderation.
  • You should not apply the spice in this time period for medicinal purposes.
  • In case of doubt or the slightest suspicion on allergies and change in your general health, you should immediately consult your doctor.

It can take its rightful place on your table among other herbs and spices, and serve as the prevention of colds and diseases of digestive tract. However, you should use it like any other product during pregnancy with discernment and caution.

So, it is better to abandon a large number of herbs in principle, in order not to harm the child. A complete rejection of seasonings and spices in the early stages of pregnancy may seem not a very enticing prospect, however, this action will maintain the tranquility of the expectant mother and baby.
