Pregnant women can experience some easy cramps even on early stages of pregnancy. Often they remind menstrual pain: the uterus contracts and causes heavy feeling in pelvic zone. Ectopic or abdominal pregnancy happens when a fertilized egg is attached to fallopian tube instead of the uterus. This is a huge risk to health and so you need to ask for medical help as soon as possible. Bleeding, located pain and delicate feeling in fallopian tube area are the signs of an abdominal pregnancy. If you have these symptoms, call your doctor immediately.

Correct nutrition and constant hydration will help you to relax your stomach muscles and to ease cramps. You can also try stretching to ease cramps during early pregnancy. You have to relax enough, to sleep well and to stick to the healthy lifestyle during pregnancy if you want to ease cramps.

It is important to monitor all changes in your body and health, especially if these changes are unpleasant, and to talk with your doctor or obstetrician about them. Only doctor or obstetrician can tell if your cramps are normal or not. If your pain lasts even after a few minutes of relaxation, ask for medical help immediately.

You should also ask for help if you have cramps followed with:

  • unusual vaginal discharge;
  • pain or burning during urination;
  • delicate feelings and pain;
  • blood issues or bleeding;
  • fever;
  • vomiting;
  • chills.
