The baby, who has reached the age of eleven months should not be weaned from the breast. Up to the one year of age it is desirable, that two breast feedings should remain in the child's diet. It is desirable that in an 11 months child nutrition there should be morning and evening breast-feeding. One night feeding can also remain, but it is advisable to abandon it gradually.

In the feeding of a baby there already is meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, cereals, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, bread. The menu of dishes is already more diverse. But never give your baby fried dishes and all meals of general diet. You must not feed the baby at this age with marinades, pickles, herring, canned food, smoked products, sausage, savory food, sweets. The gastrointestinal tract is not sufficiently developed to digest such foods without the sad consequences.

The number of teeth of the baby is increasing every month. Therefore you can decrease the amount of ground to mush or pureed foods.

We keep on offering the baby new dishes from already familiar products. So, you can make to a vegetable puree or pablum steam cutlets of meat or fish. They are cooked just as the meatballs. Prepare the same mince, put it in the form, fill it half full with salted water, cover with a lid and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.

You can also offer your baby a new dish of raw fruits and vegetables. It is familiar to all of us. Finely grate an apple and carrot. Add a little sugar (optional). You can also season it with sour cream. For variety, you can add other berries in this beautiful vitamin dish.

Juices can sometimes be replaced by jelly. Take berries or fruit, rinse them thoroughly and squeeze the juice out of them. All that's left, pour with boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then strain it all through a gauze or fine strainer. In the resulting broth we add a little potato starch, sugar and boil it. In a bit of a cooled jelly we add the juice squeezed earlier, stir well and offer the baby.

The 11 months baby nutrition schedule remains the same as before. You can adjust the schedule that you need. For example, breakfast at 8:00 a.m., lunch at 12:00 a.m., brunch at 4:00 p.m., dinner at 7:00 p.m., breastfeeding or kefir before going to bed at 10 p.m. The portions can be gradually increased.

If your kid has a clear day regimen (possible shifts for half an hour in one direction or another are not taken into account), it will allow you to plan your time more accurately and be able to do more things. The baby will sleep, walk, and eat in the same time. Equal gaps between meals contribute to proper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

By the end of the eleventh month the child adds 350 g in weight and 1.5 cm in length.
